  • We offer our products and services for delivery to Poland. Orders requesting shipping addresses outside our supported countries will not be accepted or processed.

Your order is considered accepted only after it has been verified, confirmed, and prepared for shipment.

We exclusively accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. We currently do not support other payment methods. No advance online payments are collected at checkout. Payment is made entirely in cash directly to the delivery carrier upon physical handover of the parcel, and package rejections or returns incur no additional hidden fees or transaction surcharges.

5. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are subject to our shipping policies. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Customers may request a return within the designated return period after the order has been dispatched, provided they comply with all eligibility and product condition requirements.
